Tips ad Tricks
• REFRESH THE AIR and/or ☕ drink your coffe by your window to look around. This is good to drag your mind to the present day/moment and begin your day gradually.
• CHOOSE A SCENT bearing in mind that, for instance, Paolo Santo facilitates meditations, lavender promote calmness and relaxation, and lemon (or any citrus at large) encourages focus.
• SET YOUR SPACE DAILY with a mindful attitude and not a sense of duty coming from outside. This is your space, your work, your day!
• BREATH EXERCISES can essentially be divided in two:
- slow paced to calm and align your body-mind-emotions
- fast paced to activate and detox
• MEDITATIONS and VISUALISATION can:
- help you with intention setting
- help you deal with difficult emotions
- focus on some specific area of your life/work
• SPINE WARM UP is to be performed along with conscious breathing. Some basic actions are:
- extensions (meaning that the energy goes from within the core toward the outer space, through stretching)
- contractions (meaning that the energy goes from the outer space toward the core. This builds strength)
- twists (meaning that the upper and the lower body go into opposite directions. This,among the other thing, is a powerful internal organs' detox)
