REFRESH THE AIR and/or ☕ drink your coffe by your window to look around. This is good to drag your mind to the present day/moment and begin your day gradually.

CHOOSE A SCENT bearing in mind that, for instance, Paolo Santo facilitates meditations, lavender promote calmness and relaxation, and lemon (or any citrus at large) encourages focus.

SET YOUR SPACE DAILY with a mindful attitude and not a sense of duty coming from outside. This is your space, your work, your day!

BREATH EXERCISES can essentially be divided in two:

  1. slow paced to calm and align your body-mind-emotions
  2. fast paced to activate and detox

MEDITATIONS and VISUALISATION can:

  1. help you with intention setting
  2. help you deal with difficult emotions
  3. focus on some specific area of your life/work

SPINE WARM UP is to be performed along with conscious breathing. Some basic actions are:

  1. extensions (meaning that the energy goes from within the core toward the outer space, through stretching)
  2. contractions (meaning that the energy goes from the outer space toward the core. This builds strength)
  3. twists (meaning that the upper and the lower body go into opposite directions. This,among the other thing, is a powerful internal organs' detox)
