Well well well, things are getting more interesting now :)
The following exercise is focused on re-balancing your body during your session beyond the computer (or any seated session); it can be done:
- as a small break (VERY SUGGESTED) and repeated (at least twice a day) in order to decompress your muscles, refresh your mind, and re-centre. You will notice that your body will be less tensed in the evening; furthermore, your mind will feel less compressed and confused.
- a the end of the day, when you have no time to exercise.
